 Your own apartment
A little more expensive but apartments are comfortable and offer you privacy. Most small apartments are furnished and come with one room, small kitchen, bathroom and a living area. Italian television is available, although you can subscribe to satellite for International language shows. You will need to sign a rental contract.

Shared room
Many students live in Milan, so it is common for students to rent a large apartment and share it. Great for students who want to make friends and enjoy a more social lifestyle. You may wish to have your own room or to share a room with a friend. You will also be required to sign a contract with the landlord or SDC for the rent.
