Formal structures of Administration and management are in place to govern the many departments and students of Style Design College.
These consist of:
 Style Design College Council
Academic Staff, HOD's, Deans and Management form the council whose directive involves all issues relating to students, campuses and the courses.
 Academic Board
Highly qualified Academic Staff are represented on this board which among many functions manages the development of the various syllabi.
 Advisory Board
Advisory board members are made up of key industry figures and Design intellectuals who constantly consult with SDC to ensure that the education offered in industry related.
 SRC (Student Representative Council)
Students have a voice with the SRC and are able to voice their ideas and concerns using this assembly.
